At Cross Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
